Real Estate Loans Residential Loans Whether you are purchasing your dream home, refinancing to a lower rate or better terms, or simply looking to cash out some equity in your home, FNB has a mortgage solution to fit your needs. We service our mortgage loans, so your payments can be made and questions answered locally at any of our branches. Our closing costs are among the lowest in the area. Financing is available up to 80% of the value of the home for qualified buyers. Mortgage Loan Plans we offer: 1 year, 3 year and 5 year adjustable rate mortgage (ARM), and fixed rate mortgages. All rates can be amortized up to 25 years. Farm / Commercial Real Estate Loans We finance farm land for farm related income activity. We also finance improvements such as: commercial buildings, machine sheds, grain bins and confinement livestock buildings. We offer terms up to twenty-five year amortization and will finance up to 80% of the value. Fixed or variable rates are available and there are no prepayment penalties.
