SUPER COLE SLAW
Stays fresh and crisp 9-10 days!
1 large head cabbage, shredded
1 large onion, shredded
1 large green bell pepper, shredded
3/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
1 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
Shred cabbage in bowl. Next, layer shredded onion and shredded green bell pepper. Sprinkle sugar to cover top. DO NOT STIR! Bring other ingredients to a boil. Pour over top while hot. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Do not stir until ready to serve. Serves 12
